More homework!!!
(You'd better read all this because it took ages to do!!!)

As you can see, it's more homework, but this time it's an argument. In class we have looked at sheets that are arguments that have been sorted out. One of them was: 'Should dogs be banned from local parks?'
Anyway, when it came to homwork time, this is what are homwork had to include:
Introduction with some background info about the topic.
At least to paragraphs, 'sandwiched' between your intro and conclusion
Connectives.
Conditional words.
Use of debate language.
An impersonal, formal style.
Well, here's my argument of whether or not:......
Should primary school children be given weekly homework?
Homework has been given out by teachers since around the 1940’s, and nearly doubled for children since their grandparents' time. The pupils have been complaining about it since then, which means that the question now arises whether or not students should be given homework.
Having homework means that children get extra learning for forthcoming tests at school, or just general work in class. However critics say that after a day of hard work at school the children deserve a break from work and study, and should take their spare time after school to relax and take a break. Furthermore, they may have clubs such as; dance, football, drama etc and might not have time to do their homework.
Supporters of homework argue that at home, the pupils are probably not learning anything whilst watching T.V., playing electronic toys, or staying over at a friend’s. However, with homework, the children are learning outside of school and inside. Conversely, those against homework state that there are lots of different ways of learning outside of school, other than homework, e.g. ICT; searching the web for fun learning sites, television; educational programs and documentaries.
In conclusion some in-depth research from Wikipedia (an internet website) has shown that having homework sometimes makes the students overstressed and tired. In the worst cases, it may actually cause children to develop mental problems. This is obviously a very rare problem, but is possible. Consequently after a great deal of thought, the decision has been made that homework will only be given out at the end of every term, so that children have extra time for homework during the holiday.
